- Recognized the scope of a certificate-distribution incident ahead of official reporting, drove faster escalation, and partnered with risk teams to fix the underlying data-quality gap
- Identified root cause of an F5 load-balancer failure and developed a remediation strategy; generalized findings into routing guidance applicable across other load balancers and ingress controllers
